If you have changed your router, moved, or need to reconnect your Cocoon Cam, you will need the ethernet cable to connect the camera to the router.
The camera easily unscrews from the mount for this. Once connected via ethernet, open the app and go to -->Settings --> Setup WiFi. Your new WiFi list should load.
*Note: Make sure your phone is on the 2.4 GHz network during this process.
Please follow these steps:
- Power on the camera, wait for the lights to come up on the back of the camera to indicate that the camera is ready to receive the signal
- Open the app, go to Settings >> Setup WiFi and click on the "?" icon on the top right corner
- Select the 3rd option, “Have you changed your WiFi network?” in the list and proceed according to the instructions in the app
