Only Cocoon Cams purchased from the website are eligible for online returns. Any Cocoon Cams bought from another retailer must be returned to that location and in accordance with the retailer's return policy.
If you aren't satisfied with your Cocoon Cam, you can return within 100 days for a full refund. To start your refund, email email@example.com with your name, order number, and reason for return.
