If you're experiencing audio issues, please follow the steps below:
- Try hard closing the app and reopening it. An uninstall/reinstall would work well too.
- Next, power cycle the camera by unplugging it from the power source for 30 seconds and replugging it.
- This should refresh your system!
**If you are testing the mic/speaker, please try it from a separate room or the sound will echo from your phone to the camera.
If you believe the sound is delayed or distorted, reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your camera DID ID. This is located in your app under My Account >> Camera Details and will begin with VIEW. Include the date and time of the issue.
