If you have forgotten your password, follow these steps:
- Tap "Log in" from the home screen
- Tap "Forgot Password?"
- Enter the email you registered with
Once you receive the email, it will contain instructions on how to reset your password.
Changing Your Password
- Go into your Cocoon Cam app. Tap the MENU icon.
- Next, tap on "Settings"
- You will be able to change your password from there!
If you have forgotten your username and password:
If you don't remember which email you used or your password, you will need to reach out to us at email@example.com. Please include your Name, Phone number, and camera DID ID — this will be located on the back of your camera and will begin with VIEW. You can also send us a picture if easier!
Resetting Your Device
If you hit the reset button and are receiving an error that says “Camera ID and password do not match”, please text us at 1-800-265-0245 when you’re with the camera and include your email address and your DID ID (VIEW-xxxxx-xxxxx) found on the back of the camera.
